RHISA Working Experience
RHISA has extensive experience in ARH programming, training, project implementation and monitoring and supervision of youth and community programs.
We have successfully implemented various youth programs that is adjudged successfully by reputable donor organizations.
Our calibers of staff have undergone various capacity building trainings organized by donor agencies on various fields.
These have positioned our staff in the successful programs’ delivery. Most of our volunteers are nurses and midwives with significant exposure in NGO activities and long-standing experience in programming.
We have worked with the hard-to-reach groups (deaf and dumb) in special schools in the state that are most often forgotten during program planning and implementation.
RHISA had also worked with Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) on education and livelihood training programs.
Documentation Policy
RHISA has a good documentation policy put in place for good recording keeping both of programs and financial report and records. We keep reports/records of all projects and activities implemented in both hard and soft copies.
Our Structure
We have a defined structure on ground that makes implementation of activities easy and a good working environment for all staff.
We have five (5) Board of Trustees (BoT) members that governs all RHISA activities. The BoT are responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all functions of RHISA to ensure sooth running of the organization.
RHISA Executive Director (ED) has the primary role of managing stakeholders’ relationship and providing top-level oversight of other staff and project implementation. We also ensure gender equality and social justice are included in our policies and program implementation activities.
